Trout stuffed |
Ingredients:
4 cleaned trout
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon vinegar
8 slices of ham
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Clean the fish. Rinse in cold water, dry on paper towel. Mix in a small bowl of chili parmesan, parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stuff trout wirh salsa prepared before. Wrap each trout two slices of ham. In a large skillet heat the olive oil, trout lay side by side. Cover the pan and simmer 1 hour over very low heat.
