Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. Peel the tomatoes, cut into chunks, remove the seeds and excess juice. Transfer to a bowl. Add olive oil and garlic, add salt. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Mix with mozzarella, capers and basil. Serve.
